joining date ending date confusion

in regards to some cec forms (schedule A -back ground declaration , schedule 8 economic clases forms) they are asking for work experience in canada , if i was in the same company still while applying , should i put the start date and leave end date blank or just put the current date im filling the form on the end date section ?? :-\

Just mention working from XX-XX-XXXX(start date) till Present (don't keep any date)

make sure you have the letter dated on the top (the date when you get the letter)

You could put the date when u signed the form and date. Put the same date. Thats what my lawyer told me to do.
