How I can get a job if my job Code is in Demand?

Apply for jobs, get job offer, and the employer pays $1k and files for LMIA. LMIA takes time to process and shows that no Canadian or PR could be hired, only you. Then with LMIA, you apply for a closed work permit. What is your in-demand NOC. Look at immigration rather than a finding job.

Yeah, you are absolutely right, I must go on Immigration, but when I assessed myself, I m qualifying for FSWP, and for that 8777 IELTS bands is required. so that's why I m searching for another option.

My NOC is 2263 for Health and Safety inspector.

So you are not eligible for EE? What are your IELTS scores? Have you completed ECAs? Not sure you can get LMIA for your NOC with knowledge of Canadian/provincial inspection practices.

Qualifying is not enough. Is your score over at least 460/470?
