Hi!
i have recently created an Express Entry profile and decided to register on Jobbank (not really hoping for anything, mainly to see the market).
While registering I indicated by mistake that I belong to “Newcomers” — you can choose if you belong to certain vulnerable groups such as “Indigenous people” or “Seniors”.
Now, even though I have written in my resume that I am not in Canada and I am only planning to immigrate, I continue to receive invitations to apply from employers, including those who do not consider people without a work permit. I believe this is because they see me an a newcomer in the system.
How can I change these settings? I feel like I provide misleading information(
