I came to Canada on the 1st of Jan 2022, completed my 1 year PG in Aug, I applied for my PGWP in 9 Sep 2022 and got a job offer and started it in 12 Sep 2022. I have my ielts result 8, work experience from home under my NOC A of 4 years, and just one year to stay in Canada so Im in a little bit hurry. My question is when I calculated my CRS score which is 538 with my job offer and 488 without. As I am on PGWP I do not have a LMIA. So should I write yes in job offer or No? My job says indefinite term and there is no ending date. I can get a letter from the office saying i will have a job 1 year after my PR, my salary and working hours.

If on PGWP, you answer no as you don’t have a job offer nor LMIA. If you want the 50 points, you need a LMIA.

The response is "no". As said above, an LMIA is needed if you want to claim the 50 points for having a job offer.
