Job title

Dear experts, I am a government employee and Pharmacist by profession. My job title is compounder but I was selected through a common written test by government body and the job requirements were a pharmacist degree. Internally I am reffered as junior pharmacist now my question is what should I put my job title in my express entry profile?
My job duties are similar to the one of pharmacist on noc site.
Please help.

Job Title doesn't matter, the roles/responsibilities should match with the NOC you are selecting.
