Hi everyone,
I remember, a while back, in CIC's operational bulletin I saw a clause that stated that
the job title is not important in a reference letter. As long as your duties match
the appropriate NOC, you should be fine. Unfortunately, I can't seem to find this
info now. Does anyone happen to have a link? I'm helping someone with their
application and their job title doesnt match the NOC that their duties are listed
under. Thanks!

p. 9 of the OP 25A - it doesn't specifically say to ignore the title but it does specify what the VO must use to evaluate the NOC (and it does say that the "Employment requirements" are not applicable.)
