Hello,

I have a question about job title change. My job title has changed since I submitted the EE application and have recently received the ITA. The job responsibilities are same.

Do I need to explain the job title change in the letter of explanation? Does this matter and do I have to give any official explanation for the previous and current job title?
 
No need to explain.

Remember that job titles are irrelevant, what matters is that the NOC you pick matches your duties and responsibilities.

If there were changes in salary or benefits you can state those in your reference letter.
