Hope you all are keeping well and safe. I have been accepted in the EE pool (haven't received ITA yet) and this my 12th month as a Financial Advisor (NOC A) at a financial institution. Now, I have a much better offer to switch my job next month in the same position (FA) for a different org.
Hence my queries are:
1) Would it impact my CEC EE PR application at all?
2) Usually first 3 months are considered as FA trainee although it is the same pay, would that be a problem for the experience calculation for the Job?
3) Would it be okay to calculate experience from both the jobs if needed?
I would really appreciate if you could share your expertise. Thanks in advance
