Although I already applied for a judicial review I was thinking if my job could sponsor me
Unfortunately you cannot apply for economic immigration while you are out of status in Canada.
I would recommend that you continue with judicial review if you don't want to leave Canada.
If you are not successful with JD and end up having to leave Canada, then you could look for options to apply to immigrate from outside of Canada through support from your employer (either through Express Entry or a PNP program).
When that happens, the removal order becomes active.
Right now you are classified as in Canada without status. CBSA isn't acting on the removal order because JD is in progress. However you're still out of status.
