I am 10 years experienced Indian manufacturing manager. Is it OK to search job through agencies or, have a trip to Canada for searching job. Moreover, its expensive to fly to Canada before getting PR and Job.

No point in searching through agencies other than to get a feel for vacancies and be aware there are a lot of agencies that promise jobs take your money and there are no jobs.

There is no reason why on a visit to Canada you cannot look around for jobs, however do not list this as your reason for applying for a visit visa plus do not declare this to CBSA on arrival.

Also doubtful unless you have some exceptional skill not available in Canada for any employer to go to the trouble of sponsoring you through the LMIA process. It is very rare for an employer to go to the trouble of offering a job to someone from outside Canada unless it is a very specific requirement

You will need to research flight costs yourself.

Before making this investment which may well be a waste of time see if you are eligible first, immigration is a big gamble / leap into the unknown that works for some and not for others

Canada is a very expensive country. Its better to get PR first and then visit Canada for job search.
It will be very difficult to find job without PR
