hi seniors
its difficult to take my spouse's referenece letter right now
other of his official docs i have
what should i do?
only will right his JOB rduties & responsibilities...
should i mention why he unable to take his resposibilities letter?

if u can provide its ok...

otherwise u can file notorised affidavit declaring his/her JDs, with a reason for not having formal JDs on letterheads..

But it is upto the IO/VO to consider it or not

in my case it worked..

EVEN SHOULD I NOTARIZE HIS REFERENCE LETTER?

In that case your spouse refference does not matter that much.
