I have finished one year of Work experience in NOC B category in Canada.
My question is Do I need a full time job at the time of express entry application once I finish full year of work experience .?
Does the part time job works at the time of application.?

There is no requirement of any kind that you be employed at the time you apply.

The only requirement is, if you are working in Canada, that it be done with proper authorization (e.g. work permit).
