If any international student study in Toronto as a full time. He/her can do job 20 hours/week with current study and 40 hours/week in vacation or drop semester time as a canada rules.
But what happen if over 20 hours (30 to 40) every week..
Over 40 hours (50 to 60)
Any problem in future for PR in canada?

during school breaks such as in the summer. you can work for as long as you want to. however during school sessions, you cannot exceed the required 20hrs. it could affect your PGWP application and future PR applications

Yes it will become an issue for PR because any work over 20 hours a week whilst in full time education and not on a scheduled break would be considered illegal under the terms of the study permit. If on a scheduled break you can work full time as many hours as you want.
