Job Reference Letter for Non Primary NOC

Hello, I have more than 3 years experience on NOC 0131, 1 year 7 months experience on NOC 2133 and 5 months experience on NOC 6221. (in 3 different organizations)

1) Should I include all these experiences in work history when opening EE profile? If I do this can I omit the letters for Non Primary NOC experiences?
or
2) Open the EE profile with only the primary NOC (0131) and later add the other experiences in personal history after getting ITA?
