Job Promotion

I was recently promoted, my job duties are the same, the difference is my job stage (salary was increased). How should I state this in my Job Letter?

Get in One Letter that you were "ABC1" from this XYZ1 to PQR1 date and now you are "ABC2 from XYZ2 to PQR2 date with same responsibilities and different salary

under same condition, how many entries need to fill in work experience tab in express entry applicaiton. ? one or each entry for each job title. ?
