Job opportunities for SAP HCM Certified freshers

Hi. I have 3 years of HR experience in India and have got certification in SAP HCM module. Since I do not have any experience of HR in Canada, how good is job market for SAP HCM fresher consultant?

Should I go for some HR bridge program and then start applying for SAP HCM jobs?
