You need to share more details and if you can post a copy of the offer with personal details removed. If the offer includes any one of free accommodation, food and flights will be a scam. Also offers from hotels, construction, farms , oil/gas and for private houses tend to be scams.
Also asking for copies documents and passports plus asking for money also tend to be scams.
