Can you be more clear with the question? Are you asking if you need a job offer for express entry? If so, NO ..as long as you have sufficient points without job offer, you are good.

If you already worked in canada for more than an year, then you can claim canadian work experience points..

I created profile but it isn't showing points ?
 
The short answer is No. It add points, but not necessary to get into the pool

Make sure you also meet FSW 67 point requirement or CEC Canadian work experience (1 year) or you will get ineligible.

It takes max 24 hrs to show your points in profile after creation
