I already have an employer in Canada and have a full time permanent job. In order to apply through express entry, do I have to apply through the job bank? My employer does not have an LMIA. I am confused whether I would only receive entry through the express entry if another employer offered me a job?

I have done the CRS Score test and know I would have around 490 points. I anticipate I should also be receiving nomination from the Province within the next 2 months, which would bring my score up to 1090.

No, You dont need to register to job bank, as you already have job offer. If You will receive your PNP then you dont need to worry about job offer or anything.

Until you have the nomination, you will not be able to get into the EE pool unless you post in job bank. I also have a full-time non-LMIA job that I have no intention of leaving, but had to post anyway. No worries - no one is getting offered jobs through there anyway!

You will need to register with Job bank, as you don't have LMIA, meaning you job is not valid. If you don't register, you won't be in the pool.

You don't need to accept a job or do anything with job bank (other than register). Once your nomination comes through, you will enter it in EE profile and claim the 600 points.
