Hi,

According to new rules (EE notice on CIC page), every job offer (except in NOC00) brings 50 points, so today I filled out my EE profile, got my CRS overall score (eligible for Canadian Experience Class) and stated that I have a job offer in the profile but first message I've got after finishing my profile is that I should register for Jobbank since I don't have provincial nomination or valid job offer - which I do.

Anyone had the same problem?

Thanks

not every job offer bring 50 point
it has to be NOC O or A or B,

For your job offer to be considered a "valid job offer' you must either have an LMIA or a work permit under one of the eligible LMIA-exempt categories (e.g. ICT, NAFTA).

You also must have at least one year of work experience with the same employer, and a written offer of future employment of not less than one year, effective upon your obtaining PR status.
