job offer points not getting added in EE profile, urgent help pls

We are in Canada since 2 years on ICT closed work permit with same employer . We got a valid job offer letter from the same employer for EE purpose. Now while adding that information in the profile , 50 points are not getting increased .
does anybody else facing similar situation?
