Hi Everyone!
I have been working for a company more than a year based on my PGWP. At the time of getting this job, because there wasn't as LMIA, I couldn't get any point for the job offer; however, now that I have worked for a year, can I get points by getting a new indeterminate job offer from the same company? The link below, at the item #1 says the company doesn't need LMIA anymore, but it is not quite clear whether the first year of working must be under an LMIA or a PGWP is enough.
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...y/documents/offer-employment/lmia-exempt.html
As another issue, the company I am working at, has 4 full-time indeterminate employees. Is there any minimum company size limit for the validity of the job offer?
Thanks for your time.

Short answer is no.

You need an approved LMIA to get the 50 job offer points.

You would only qualify for the 50 points without an LMIA if you were on a closed work permit that lists the employer name.
