Please let me know whether the GCMS Letter will contain the job offer letter submitted by my employer in the employer portal as I would like to review it but the employer is not willing to reveal the same ? In the immigration portal, they used the LMIA number for submission and not the offer letter. Please advice me on this one.

No, GCMS notes don't contain copies of all the documents submitted. The notes are the the officer's notes on your file.
If your employer isn't showing you the job letter, something is not right.
You can apply for a copy of the physical application papers. It's an option when requesting GCMS notes. It might be included with those.

You can apply for GCMS+ from the link provided below, If you are in Canada you can do it using ATIP website.
That will give you your notes and the documents which you filled with IRCC.
