I received my ITA in last draw and am in process of getting my documents ready. I am in Canada on work permit and for immigration purpose my employer were okay to issue the offer lette which gave me 50 points.
I have received the job offer letter with valid Job code, detailed duties, salary, full time position for at least an year and benefits everything mentioned.
However they have added a line that ‘ this offer is subject to client requirements as well as individual performance’
Please can you suggest if above ‘condition’ in letter will be accepted as valid job offer letter? My employer is not ready to remove this statement from job offer
