JOB Offer instead of proof of fund

Hello all,
I am about to be licensed from Canadian regulatory body and I am thinking of getting a job offer. Can I ask agency to help me on getting a job offer? If I have a contract "could be fraud" will they accept it as POF instead of Bank statement?
What do you suggest?

POF is mandatory unless you are applying for FSW under the arranged employment program. If you are applying under the arranged employment program, then your employer will need to make you a permanent job offer and also obtain an approved LMO/LMIA. A job offer alone isn't enough.

Thank you for your reply. Just one last question, what is the approximate time to ask for POF after sending Police Cert request?

hi,

POF can be requested anytime during the process,the longer it takes to finalize your application the more requests you can expect by a visa officer to submit an UP TO DATE bank statement to make sure that you still meet the minimum POF required as per your family size and also to make sure that you have enough funds to support yourself in canada upon arrival.
you will also be asked for POF at the port of entry by an officer once you arrive in canada,so yeah POF is a big deal if you apply under FSW and not having enough money or a valid arranged employment could most likely lead to rejection.
