Job offer in Markham as a senior software test engineer

Hello people ,

I am working in canada and i am being paid 80k per annum . I got a new job offer in markham , how much should i quote base on my previous salary.

Please help me to tell me how much should be my expected salary

I do not have an answer but assume you checked glass door, payscale and indeed for a start point/ average ? All relative of course as some bigger companies pay more and smaller less. Glass door for example quotes an average for a senior position 95k , whereas major companies like IBM are averaged in excess of 100k. However salary surveys can be total fiction of course based on what people think they should have been getting.
