I am really amateur in this topic. But Here it goes. I am aspiring to apply under Express Entry NOC code 2174. I have required experience and sponsorship. But I do not have a job offer. Is there any way we can get a job offer by applying somewhere. Because I read somewhere on CIC website that if you do not have a job offer register on job boards. Shall I wait for job offer before applying online for express entry or we can add it to profile afterwards as well.
