The offer looks good to be true. Where I'll get a free plane ticket for me, my hubby and my kid. As well as an accommodation while working in there.

Walmart can you from plenty unemployed candidates that are already here (especially in Alberta). They have no need what so ever to hire abroad.
Just for your notice it is not always easy to get a permanent job for a Canadian (many are hired as a contractor and are only called and paid when needed).
