I have been working for 15 months with a Post graduate work permit.

For the first 12 months I had one post-doctoral fellow job.

For the second 3 months and onwards (currently) I have a second post-doctoral fellow job.

Under the "Intended work" section. How do I answer the following question?

1. "Does NAME have a job offer in Canada?"

Is this question only applicable if you want to get points for LMIA?

Post doctoral fellows are exempt from LMIA: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...eligibility/offer-employment/lmia-exempt.html

Yeah, postdocs don't get points based on LMIA. So it's not applicable to us (I am a postdoc as well).

"You should only answer “Yes” to the question “Does [your name] have a job offer in Canada?” if:

  • a Canadian employer (or up to two for the Federal Skilled Trades Program) has offered you a full-time, non-seasonal job for one year or more and
  • that job offer is supported by an LMIA, OR
  • the job is exempt from needing an LMIA.
If you are currently working in Canada but have not been offered a job that is supported by a LMIA (or is exempt from needing one), you should:

Basically says I should answer "Yes" and "No"?

"Yes" because "the job is exempt from needing an LMIA." and "No" because I am "currently working in Canada but have not been offered a job that is supported by a LMIA (or is exempt from needing one)".

You missed the word "and." You need to have the offer of future employment ... if you read more details, this written offer has to be for a minimum of 1 year AFTER you become a PR...

If you click on the relevant link, it takes you to this page -

So - no, you do not have a valid job offer.
