Job offer for Nurses in British colombia or Ontario...

Does anyone of you know any agency or employer offering a job for RN's in BC or Ontario. I'm planning to immigrate to Canada and will start processing my papers. Before I can work as a nurse I need to register to the province (either BC or Ontario). If I find a job offer either from the two, then that's the province I'll be registering.

Do anyone of you know any employer or agency?
