I am on PGWP in ontario working full time. NOC is B and it's 4214 .. Wage is $16
I am willing to apply LMIA .. my employer is willing to help me.
But I got a question. How do I know if I fall under low or high wages stream? Please help

Also I have been working for the same emplyer for a year and half now .. is it totally fine to just apply for LMIA not work permit since I already have PGWP also is it free ? No need for $1000 . Thanks

Which city are you working in?

Your employer will need to advertise the job for at least a month before applying for the LMIA. Your employer needs to ensure they meet the LMIA adversiting requirements.

Does he have to advertise an add even though I been working for them and still working with them ?

Am I in low or high wages ? And how do I know ?
