Hello Experts,

One employment agency helped me to find a job on contract in one software company. Now I have completed my full one year and I have received my matching job letter with NOC from employment agency but employment agency did not put the name of software company I am working for. Will that cause any problem for me ?

Yes, as per my knowledge.
Full details about your employment should be given.

My dear Friend,

Can you mention the first few lines from your letter to confirm what has the agency mentioned....This is similar to IT companies who sends their employees to work on client sites but the IT company issues the letter without any mention of the client.....So if the agency is a lcompany in Canada and they can confirm your duties to the VO, you should be good.....Just a word of caution which I have read in some post...that if the VO is not convinced he may ask you to get the letter from the actual client where you worked.....My suggestion would be that if you can speak to your manager at your client side and explain him the situation...I am sure he would give you a letter with the responsibilities and then you can attach both the letters to make your case crystal clear.......Hope this helps.....
