Job History & Verification Letters

I've heard that you only get points for a job if it's a category 0, A or B category on the NOC, AND you have at least 1 year in that role. Is this correct for Canadian Experience Class?

I have had lots of casual and freelance jobs working in film production that only lasted for weeks at time. Is it worth including them in my job history and therefore getting letters for them? It would be difficult to reach out to those old employers to get verification since they were all such short jobs. Is it worth it?

In the last few years I have had part time and full time jobs so I think that will account for more and hopefully be enough.

Not if you were considered a self-employed contractor as casual and freelance would suggest. Self employed work doesn't count for CEC.
