Hello,

I want to apply under NOC213: Computer Managers.My concern is the company I had experience as manager is no longer there and I don't have job offer but I have old experience letter and reference letter stating my duties.
How will CIC verfiy my experience.Do they call employer????
 
Thats a bit complicated situation i believe.

I think you can apply along with a explanation letter, they might consider it. You must have any other prove for that company as their employee. Like your visiting card or pay check or any other proves which states you were there.

Its a thought only, But if your work experience was Genuine then no body can challenge it if company is there or not. They do contact companies or call them. But there is no harm to apply this way.

as per my experience, one should use NOC according to your experience..if you have worked as supervisor or manager or leader, you can specify your duty as well and NOC as 0213. but if your experience includes analyst or developer you should go for 2171 or 2173.

also you should check your education qualification... your degree certificate should match with NOC requirement.

it doesn't matter if you have experience in 3 different NOC category... but it would be good to stick to lesser NOC category so that you can count more experience years for a particular category.

just wonder how it is possible to get a pay slip if the work was finished 2 years ago? any ideas?
 
I think in this case, just collect all data related to job, any thing which can be provided in support if the company is not existing.

There must be any evidence during job, experience letter, contracts, pay slips, checks, any proves. If we cant prove any thing in documentation. That can be consideration of fake or illegal or doubtful condition.
 
as for me - I've got a contract, & a letter from the employer & a job description on separate sheets of paper, but I cannot get any pay slips as I had discarded them long time ago 'cause I never thought I'd ever need them. Will it be any problem for me during making my application?

I have 2 NOC category of the 30 mentioned.Though I have offer letter from the past for only one.But I can obtain reference letters from previous managers from both.Should I claim both NOC on the experience or just the one that I have old Job offer from?
My question is how typical they are about job offer leters and pay- stub from 5 year old jobs.I just have experience letters that you get while leaving job and reference letter from previous manages.
