Hi... im from india, I have 3 years of work experience as a electrical site engineer in a very small company.
my question is they will give my salary directly in my hand.. they will not transfer to any of my bank accounts ,so what are the proof I need to show for this...I can't show the bank statement bcz ill get my salary directly in my hand so what I need to do for proff... pls help me I'm confused....

Salary information on company letter head can be taken. But that is just one of the information needed for job reference letter.

1. Get salary mentioned on reference letter.
2. Attach Form 16 and ITRs, if you have any.
3. Try to get salary slips for last six months from your employer and get it mentioned on salary slips that ‘Salary paid in cash.’
4. Write a letter of explanation (LoE) that were paid in cash.
You will be fine.
