Check the 'job descriptions' & the 'qualifications' in HSRDC site against your NOC. The duties u write should match [at max possible], positively the 'supervisory' role ones.

Now how u compare mine to them?

Thanks.

Seems to be fine in comparision.
However I'm not sure as to applicability of NOC 9212 in a 'cosmetics company', vis-a-vis the the CIC requirement, viz: "9212: Supervisors, Petroleum, Gas and Chemical Processing and Utilities." As I'm not from that field.

U may take/wait for someone's else's opinion too.
