Hi .
I have worked for 3 companies ..my employers are not providing work reference letter ..in three companies I have worked at client place...would immigration accept the work reference letter if get them from clients on affidavit ??

It is usually either letter headed reference or Statuary Declaration from your colleagues, preferably senior to you.

+ payslips

I know some people have provided bank statements to prove employment.
