Job Change on a BOWP?

Hi all,

I am currently on a closed work permit which expires in 4 months. I have applied for PR through Express Entry (CEC) and I received AOR 10 days ago so now I want to obtain Bridging Open Work Permit.

My question is-
Once I get the BOWP will I be able to change an employer? I understand that open work means I can work anywhere but would it affect my PR application since I received 50 points in my application from current employers job offer?

You can switch but you would lose the ability to claim the 50 points unless your new employer gets an approved LMIA.
