Job change (no AOR yet)

Hi, I apologize if there’s already a thread about my question but I couldn’t find one specifically for what I was looking for. We just applied Outland in August so we haven’t received AOR yet. I was curious if my husband (PA) changes jobs does he have to notify CIC? If so, do we just wait until we get AOR so we can fill out the web form? Thanks so much.
