Job chances through bank job. While the PR is in pool

I have started my application through FSW. I am an ETL developer(software engineer) with 2 years of exp and have started training on Big data hadoop and python lately.
so what are my chances of getting a job through job bank while my PR is in Pool?
Or even after getting visa but before entering the country??

Depends on where you are. Are you in India? Then its very very difficult. If you are in the US, companies will interview you and fly you in (personal experience). Your field is in big demand in Canada.
