Job bank ?

Hello,
So i just applied for express entry , and they sent me an email saying that I need to register for job bank . I'm already working in Canada and I'm not looking for another job. So i'm kinda confused.

It's a part of the process to get your express entry profile activated. Just get it done.

Yes, you have to do this, unless you claim a "valid job offer."

Oh alright , so even if I've already worked for one year and I want to apply under canadian experience , i have to create a profile in job bank ?
also ,for the question " which provinces would you consider living in ? " would you recommend checking as many provinces ,does it up your chances of getting pr ?
