Job bank registration for "Arranged Employment (ICT)"

Hi,
I created my EE profile, got the CRS score as expected. I am on ICT at Canada, and fall under one of the new category that was changed w.e.f 19 Nov 2016. (CRS - Arranged Employment)

My EE status as below

Application/profile status Open
Job Bank Registration Pending

1. Am I already in Pool?
2. Is it advisable to register for a Job bank, since my case is under "Arranged Employment" clause?
