job bank registeration error! need help

Dear friends

I have express entry profile (ineligible) with velidation code. But whenevr I am creatiing job seking account in job matching tool, error is showing that wrong express entry profile number or wrong velidation code. I put 100% correct profile number and code.

Is this because of ineligble express entry profile or what????

please no one answered my since 2 weeks.

Debugging is tough.. If you are not sure of what to do and get no other help, delete ur profile, create a new gc key and start over
