Job bank - Job seeker profile deactivated

Hi
I have received ITA and have not submitted PR application yet. I received an email from job bank saying that my Job seeker profile has deactivated.
What should I do now? Is it a problem to my PR application?

IMO this should not pose any problem to you.
However, kindly reactive this profile if there is a way to do it.
If not, then kindly create a new job bank profile and update it with your existing EE profile number and job seeker code.

Just log in to job bank and click "activate"

I just received an email saying that my job bank account has been deactivated due to inactivity. I forgot my password.
Will this affect my EE profile ? will i be able to participate in the draw even if it deactivated ? Please respond ASAP.

Click the "forgot password" link and reactivate it.
