Hello,

My job bank emails were landing in spam folder, and it seems my job bank account has been deactivated.

Anyway, my PR application status is now under eligibility review, (I got ITA and AoR in December)

After I re-activated my job bank account, I got the following message:
Your Express Entry information must be revalidated.

If you have an Express Entry profile number and job seeker validation code, enter them below.

If you now have a permanent Social Insurance Number, enter it below.

You must update this information to continue using Job Bank’s Job Match service.


When I try to insert my Express Entry profile number and job seeker validation code, I'm getting the following error (I'm 100% sure I'm copying/pasting them correctly):
Error: You have entered an invalid Express Entry Profile Number and/or Job Seeker Validation Code. To avoid errors, you should copy and paste these codes directly from the message in your MyCIC account. If you are still having problems registering with Job Bank using these codes, please go to CIC Help Centre at http://cic.gc.ca/english/contacts for more information.

Anyone been through this? It's really confusing and annoying.. What can I do?
 
I had the same situation. My lawyer told me that it has nothing to do after AOR.

But if you want to still keep it Active to look out for jobs, somebody else can help you out.

Doesn't matter once you get ITA and file your e-APR.
