Job Approval Letter

Hi,

I hope someone can clarify the next steps for me. So my employer agreed in issuing a job approval letter for me. May I know how this works in extending my stay here? I am currently holding a spousal visa until July 31, 2016. As of now, I also have an active express entry profile and got 337 points, now that I will be having a job approval letter, I am positive that I will be given an ITA. If the next draw for express entry comes near to my visa's expiration and I apply for SINP instead by using the job approval letter, what steps should I take? I am starting to understand the process but I just want to know what is the best move due to limited time.

If you have work permit, then may be you have to apply for bowp. But for bowp, you should have ITA (then AOR) and your application should have passed certain stage (R10). Not sure how sinp works. My understanding is pnp gives you 600 points, but still you have to get ITA and AOR using this pnp.
