Dear sir,

This is Aamir from India. I received an appointment letter after i sent my details through mail from power corporation of Canada. I don't know if its a scam or true . Can you please advice me on this?
The letter states that i have to pay for my visa and clearance fees. Air ticket will be provided by the company.

$10,500 a month! Air ticket provided by company! Obvious scam. Do not send them any money or documents.
 
It is totally a scam. Send no money or information about yourself such as legal documents, passport copies or transcripts. Don’t fall for it please.

It is an obvious scam:
1. the salary
2. there is no way to make it for that date using the legal way. (for example for an LMIA a company has to prove that they have advertised at least 1 months in several site and they tried to hire locals. After that they have to send the application and wait for it to be approved - so that alone takes good 3 months).

Scam!!

Do not submit any application to the visa office for a Work Permit. You could end up getting a 5 years' ban for misrepresentation i.e. for submission of fraudulent documents
