The previous company in which I used to work has shut its business and there is no contact left there in any form. So, I can't get my Job and responsibilities document for that employment.

Is there any alternate to it?
I saw other guys have concerns related to document not given by employer. But, I think my situation is slightly different here. My employer's business doesn't exist anymore.

Provide a maximum number of documents you have from that company, as proof of good faith.
-Contract
-Paystubs
-Relieving letter (at least this one should be on company letterhead in my opinion)
-Self-attested job duties letter, get it notarised.
-Contact information of previous co workers
-Letter of Explanation saying that the business doesn't exist anymore
-Your old business card, if any
-If you can even show some works you have done during that time, which fit the NOC you declared.

In this particular case, no document or information is redundant or superfluous. Some applicants have gone the extra mile in cases like these, and have successfully gotten their PR approval.

Thanks @Peacekeeper87 for the prompt reply.
I have all the proofs you have mentioned.
In regards to your last point to show some works I have done. I think certificates of awards I have won and project appreciations' documents could help.
I have my tax forms generated by company.

Those are good too!
