Folks,

I have a full time job, does it help in my citizenship case? Or it has nothing to do with it?

Having a full time job does nothing to qualify for citizenship. It does help strengthen your claim of residency in Canada. However what's more important is you filing your annual income tax. Filing your income tax will help your case more since it is a tool CIC can use to help verify your residency claims. Stay at home spouse can qualify for citizenship even though they are not working any full / part time jobs.
