Can anyone let me know the time that is being taken by new delhi office so as to send PP back with VISA, if the PP are submitted in the month of Feb-2011

Dear friend...CHC New Delhi, is considered to be one of the most active VO in the world, and moreover if you had got request for PP's along with the RPRF and Medicals request then most probably your passports with Canadian visa will reach you within 1 month. But everything is in the hand of God and Canadian Immigration authorities so be positive and hope for the best...once security checks are over you'll receive your visa...Good Luck and get ready to pack your bags ...

Re: return of PP

What does security checks mean and should this not be done as application is taken up after a long time ?
And Is getting of VISA is any way related to withdrawal of RPRF fee that was sent ?

Re: return of PP

Meher, Once again I recommend u to visit the thread that I mentioned in my last post

Once PP is asked in almost all cases it comes with stamped Visa but charging of RPRF fees in no way gaurantee Visa.

Security check means that your verification to done to ascertain if you pose any threat to Canada. It is done for all apllicants and is fone before requesting PP. In new Delhi VO I have seen that some applicants have spent over 4 months waiting for visa and their is a possibility that their security checks were carried even after PP submission

Dear Meher, Time taken is something which happens with everyone , some were lucky enough that their applications really moved fast and received their visas in a very short span of time. Its a standard procedure-everybody has to go through it , maybe they have completed the security checks and are just going through the last minute check-ups...so don't be impatient and wait for the postman to deliver your visa.
Regarding,RPRF - it is also a standard procedure to send you the receipt for RPRF...but definitely it's a good sign that everything is going well with your file and step by step you are getting closer to the Canadian PR...God Bless everyone...

The average timeline for issue of visa by NDVO is now 11 months from the date of submission of complete documents, for applications received between 28-02-2008 to 26-06-2010.
